Total Area: 11,000 sq ft
Capacity: Planned to accommodate 100 people
—A Director’s cabin positioned alongside the HOD` cabin to enable easy coordination
—Semi-open partitions to connect the Director’s cabin with the Accounts area,
—An L-shaped open Seating planned in the townhall zone
—28 existing caller workstations , with a layout that allows future expansion up to 60 seats without disrupting workflow
—A auditorium/townhall space designed to host meetings, gatherings, and internal events
—An recreation zone within the townhall area, accommodating three table tennis tables.

The project began with a site visit to the client’s existing office, followed by a meeting and preparation of the MOM. Based on the client’s requirements, multiple floor plan options were explored and refined before finalising the layout. The plan was then marked on site to understand scale, leading to minor revisions. After finalisation, civil drawings, bathroom details, and ceiling layouts were developed, following which the project was put on hold due to client-related issues.
